No two days are the same: you\u2019ll combine hands-on technical work with leadership, guiding your team and acting as the primary contact on site.  Some tasks may take place on shifted schedules or during weekends (occasionally).<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting, including motors, PLCs and frequency inverters<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Leading and supervising your team on the shop floor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Preparing, distributing, and monitoring tasks and progress<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Acting as the first point of contact for both the client and colleagues<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all work<\/p>\n<p style=\"min-height: 1.7em\">\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"min-height: 1.7em\">\n<h3><strong>What do we offer you?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ll work on unique industrial projects in a fixed location, with plenty of independence and impact.
