What will you be doing?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

At Alewijnse, our projects go beyond electrical installations \u2013 they also include entertainment, navigation and communication systems, making them complex and technically diverse.<\/p>\n

In this role, you’ll lead an entire production team \u2013 including electricians, commissioners and work preparators \u2013 depending on your experience. As a coaching supervisor, you\u2019ll ensure efficient work organization to deliver projects on time and within budget.<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll work closely with the project manager and technical project manager, forming a core leadership triangle at the heart of every project.<\/p>\n

A glimpse of your tasks:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Organize and distribute work efficiently within your team, based on project drawings and planning<\/p>\n

\u2013 Set priorities and prepare clear reports to track progress<\/p>\n

\u2013 Act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients and suppliers<\/p>\n
